All items are packaged for safe transportation and are prepared for dispatch by our professional and trained staff.
Our deliveries usually take place Monday - Friday, however special arrangements can be made for weekend deliveries at an additional cost.
We deliver to all destinations which include Mainland England, Wales and Scotland.
Upon placing your order with Interco Direct Ltd your information is sent to our dispatch team who will contact you to confirm a delivery date as soon as it has been confirmed. Please contact us if you have any access restrictions around your address or if you need to discuss any special requirements you may have for delivery.
Our order cut off is 12:30pm, If your order is received before 12:30pm, please allow the number of working days specified on the product page or chosen delivery service to commence from the next working day. If you order after 12:30pm, then the order will not be processed until the following working day and delivery time scales will commence after this date. Please do not include the processing date within delivery timescales.
For example if you order on Friday before 12:30pm on the 2 – 3 Working Day service, then the last expected day for delivery would be Wednesday of the following week, if you order on Friday after 12:30pm then the last expected day for delivery would be Thursday. Please Note: We are pleased to announce our contact centre is now open on a Saturday between 8:00am-13:00pm for customer enquiries, any orders taken will be processed on the following working day.
Delivery to Most of Mainland England and Wales (Delivery Zones 1 & 2) We offer a FREE DELIVERY option on all orders over £399 to Mainland delivery addresses in delivery zones 1 & 2.
Any orders which are over £299 will incur a standard delivery charge of £14.95, orders which are over £199 will incur a standard delivery charge of £24.95 and orders that are below £199 will incur a standard delivery charge of £34.95.
For those times you need your order delivered urgently we also offer an EXPRESS DELIVERY option for a cost of £24.95 on orders over £399.
Any orders which are over £299 will incur an express delivery charge of £34.95, orders which are over £199 will incur an express delivery charge of £44.95 and for orders below £199 express delivery is £54.95. Delivery charges are only applicable once per order, regardless of how many items are ordered.
Delivery to the rest of the UK (Delivery Zones 3 - 7) Deliveries to these locations will be done on specialist Pallet couriers, Unfortunately due to rising costs with these services we are no longer able to offer free delivery to areas outside of zones 1 & 2.
Delivery costs to zones 3 - 7 will be based on your location. You can check your available delivery options with our delivery calculator, which can be found on the basket page. Simply select your items and then enter your postcode to calculate the delivery cost.
We try our hardest to offer the best value for money on our products and we have subsidised these prices where possible. Orders over £399 will be offered our most preferential delivery rates.
